Where else should MCS base its international operations than in Dhaka? Together with the fact that founder, Iftikhar (Tim) Khan has for over 20 years been based there, initially representing HPR, one of the world’s largest and oldest international Consultancies, including participation in such major infrastructural projects as the World Bank financed Jamuna Project, and the ODA financed Sixty Bridge Replacement Project, his work within the community of South Asian countries, especially Bangladesh has recently been recognised by UK Government with his investiture as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire.

The team includes the only Chartered Structural Engineer in Bangladesh, a Member of the UK Institute of Chartered Engineers, with a special interest in the field of sustainable engineering and a number of internationally and locally qualified Engineering specialists with a range of specialist skills and interests that amount to a  ,group capable of taking an holistic approach to Consultancy, Design, Evaluation, Supervision , Project management… and even internal and external Communications, with an internationally experienced, UK based specialist consultant in the field!
